XtraLaps.com main purpose on the world wide web is to provide racing fans a way to keep up with local racing news and information. Created as an upgrade from the original website, RacingWisconsin.com, the plan is for XtraLaps.com to not only provide press releases from the racetracks, but to provide more for the race fan. More (as in Xtra) means that the site will include feature stories on drivers, tracks and series as well as technical articles to help race fans get “inside” area racing. Multimedia audio and video are on the horizon as well for XtraLaps.com.
